The Grant Desk membership produces continued drafting access for departments that expect to write more than one grant in a year.
Turnout Grants does not access state or federal portals on behalf of any department, does not file applications, and does not make eligibility decisions.
The $249 FCEMS purchase and the Grant Desk membership are intended for volunteer fire and EMS departments in Pennsylvania. Centers of political subdivision, federal agencies, and for-profit entities are not supported.
If the $249 FCEMS draft is not the working document your department needed, request a refund inside 14 calendar days of delivery. There is no paperwork requirement. The guarantee applies only to the $249 FCEMS draft purchase; it does not apply to the Grant Desk membership.
Monthly Grant Desk memberships can be canceled at the end of any billing period. Annual Grant Desk memberships stay active for the paid year; cancellation does not refund partial years. The 14-day money-back guarantee on the FCEMS $249 draft is the only refund path.
