Turnout Grants is an independent drafting service. We are not affiliated with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA), the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED), the Office of the State Fire Commissioner (OSFC), or any other federal, state, or local government agency.
Grant applications are reviewed and filed by departments through their official channels. Turnout Grants does not submit applications and does not guarantee grant awards. All decisions — eligibility, sign-off, filing — stay with the department, the chief, and the board.
Turnout Grants is an independent service, not affiliated with FEMA or any state agency. Drafts must be reviewed by your department; award decisions belong to the funder.
